Hi Carol, I ran across your website. We both attended GRBS [Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary] in the early 80s. I too have come to believe in the reality of reincarnation both through research which was prompted by a past-life memory and also through conversations with my wife.

My son told me, when he was 2 years old, he was waiting a long time to be born to me, he waited on the island of souls for the golden boat to come down the silver sea. during the years i had to learn how to deal with his psychic abilities.

I believe in reincarnation (rebirth) since I am a Hindu, and spiritually also many Hindu saints have written about it. Man keeps visiting to this physical world repeatedly, until all his ambitions are fulfilled. Karma and reincarnation go hand in hand.

At 2-1/2, my son recounted his birth experience and how he came from a place where his grandfather (my father) also resided. My son said that he recalls leaving his grandfather, who bade him farewell, and falling backward through a chute or tube. He said his memory stopped at that point. He repeated this story until he was about 3 and then never mentioned it again.

Thanks for putting this site up. I am bit surprised about the info. I have not thought about reincarnation before, but it could be so. I am Christian from the new apostolic reformation movement and recently started to look into reincarnation and its connection with Christianity and the Bible.
